The London-based School is offering prospective students the chance to attend a free leadership seminar, taught by MBA class professors.
The seminars will take place every three months and are open to anyone looking to broaden their horizons with an MBA. With each session having up to 30 slots available, registering early is advised, to avoid disappointment.
The aim of the seminars is twofold: to improve awareness of the importance of leadership in the modern world, and to give applicants a taste of the learning environment at Cass.
The first seminar took place on November 11. The second session, on Organisational Ethics, is scheduled for February 3, 2011 at the school’s City campus. It features Roger Steare, a self-styled “Corporate Philosopher” who works with people in businesses all over the world who want to “do the right thing” and helps them “to be human beings first and business people second”.
According to Professor Veronica Hope Hailey, Associate Dean of the MBA program at Cass, “These seminars are a good opportunity for people thinking of studying an MBA to find out what it takes to become a successful modern-day leader.”
