My experience at EADA Business School has been both enriching and challenging. The hands-on approach to learning, especially through the leadership modules and group projects, really sets EADA apart. I appreciated the small class sizes, which allowed for better interaction with professors and classmates. The international environment was also a huge plus—it helped me grow both professionally and personally. Barcelona is an amazing place to study, and the school’s central location makes it easy to balance academics with life in the city. The only thing I would improve is the career services department, which could provide more tailored support to international students. Overall, I would definitely recommend EADA to anyone looking for a high-quality education in a diverse and dynamic setting.

The professors have a real knack for bringing sustainability to life by drawing on their personal experiences implementing eco-friendly frameworks in actual companies. Plus, the program’s hands-on approach, with classes set up as discussions and real-life case studies, makes all the difference. We've discussed IKEA, Apple, Fairphone, Tony's Chocolonely, and many more. The Leadership Program in Collbató really helps you develop those soft skills while also expanding your network beyond your own master’s cohort. Imagine a weekend getaway where you’re not only brushing up on teamwork and communication but also forging genuine friendships with people from other master’s programs. It’s a surefire way to expand your network and sharpen your soft skills—plus, it’s surprisingly fun (think leadership boot camp meets summer camp vibes)! Naturally, there are moments when juggling multiple projects gets intense, but that’s pretty standard for a master’s program. If you’re someone looking for a holistic, real-world take on sustainable business, I would absolutely recommend EADA. The blend of theory, case-study discussions, and experiential learning makes for a well-rounded journey.

I like the broad background you gain through the courses, ranging from Finance to Economics and Marketing. This allows us, as potential future managers, to better understand business decisions in each department and on each level of the firm. Many courses also incorporate real-life cases and presentations, in order to apply our knowledge and learn from both successes and mistakes.

This course completely changed my perspective on leadership. We covered essential topics such as emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and team management. The course prepares you very well for what you can expect from real life work, having so much focus on business cases instead of only relying on theory is really insightful. Professor's knowledge is always impressive, as they are all tenured professionals who have a lot of experience in their fields. The social aspect of the university is the best, everyone is very social and amicable, making it very easy to make meaningful connections.
