Management Consultant And Punk Rock People Manager On OU MBA
The Open University MBA is not Distance Learning, says Peter Cook

Peter Cook's employer paid for his MBA as it was better value than hiring a consultant

Peter Cook splits his time between serious management consultancy as Managing Director at Human Dynamics and being a punk rock key note speaker.

The Open University MBA is so much more "than just soaking up the knowledge... I think it is unique in that you don't just hoover up knowledge concepts and boring models, you apply them to real life situations."

Peter Cook graduated from the Open University Business School in 1994 and is now a tutor at the Open University, assisting with the HR Strategy and Practice course.

Peter persuaded his employer to pay for the MBA and they were keen as hiring a consultant was more expensive than paying for him to do an MBA.
