Joel McConnell is executive director of marketing, recruitment, and admissions at Imperial College Business School.
He was formerly director of Europe and Central Asia at IE Business School in Madrid, where he also holds his MBA from.
We caught up with Joel in this exclusive interview to find out his top tips on getting accepted into Imperial's MBA.

Imperial college business school has amazing facilities, amazing staff. I particularly like the business school cafe although it would be nice if they added a few more power sockets in the open space and heating for winter.
