Here are some of the tips we have collected from business school experts and students who have gone through the application process:
Tip 1: Ace the GMAT
Getting a high GMAT score is one of the best ways to supercharge your application. Acing this standardized skills-based test can indicate your suitability to an MBA program.
The GMAT (Graduate Management Admissions Test) assesses skills relevant to business and management such as logic, critical reasoning and data analysis. Performing well in these categories is a good sign that you will be able to withstand the challenges of an MBA program.
Tip 2: Finalize your resume
Finalizing and sending off your resume is an important step in your application process.
Your resume should include functional job skills, breadth and depth of experience, demonstrated leadership and management skills, and your potential for growth. Remember to include the lessons you’ve learned in the workplace and how these will allow you to contribute to your MBA class.
Tip 3: Prepare your transcripts
An important part of the application process that often gets forgotten about it retrieving and sending out your academic transcripts.
Your transcript conveys your past academic performance and interests. It includes every class you took at your degree-granting university, showing your grade for each class.
These are often easily downloaded from the university's website or by contacting them directly. You can usually upload a PDF as part of your application.

Texas is a beautiful place with many beautiful people. You can visit some nature parks and beaches like Big Bend. South Padre Island If you're there in February, don't miss Mardi Gras in New Orleans or Austin. You won't regret it. Campus life is very good. I love it in UT
I enjoy being in UT! The first month of school is a lot of fun. Different Types of events take place in the university. You have various organizations that run campaigns and recruit new members. Free items such as backpacks, hats, Frisbees, food and more are provided on campus. The people on campus are very nice and you can feel the school spirit during sports games - it's amazing.
During your four years at UT, you must attend at least one football game. There you will feel the most school spirit. In addition to the school spirit and camaraderie on campus, there is also the general joy of being in Austin. There are many different types of restaurants such as Lake Travis or Barton Springs.

I believe that the University of Texas is a very good University. You meet people from all walks of life and the teachers challenge you to be the best learner when you come out. What I loved about the University of Texas was its wide streets and big buildings.
