HKU Business School has an impressive percentage of women enrolled on their MBA program, at 57%. The school boasts some impressive female alumnae too, like Kathy Tsui, co-founder of e-commerce startup, YOHO. The school’s faculty is also almost a quarter female (23%) and their MBA graduates can see salary increases of 127%.
2. Shanghai University of Finance and Economics School of Business, China

Just off top spot is Shanghai University of Finance and Economics School of Business (SUFE). SUFE was one of the first nine universities to offer an MBA degree in China. The SUFE MBA program now boasts great female representation, with 58% of their MBA students being women. The school's faculty is also a third female (33%). Graduates can expect excellent opportunities after their MBA too, with an average salary increase of 189%.

Essec Business School has campuses in Singapore, Morocco, and France, and is home to the highest percentage of female students out of any of the programs in the FT’s Global MBA Ranking 2021: 59% of the MBA class are women.
Essec's faculty is also 35% female, and notable female alumnae include chairman of the board of directors of Eurostar International, Dominique Reiniche, and Olympic Athlete, Marie-José Pérec.
