Joel reveals the importance of understanding your fit to the MBA program at Imperial
We spoke to Joel McConnell, executive director of admissions at Imperial, who tells you how to get into the top MBA program

Joel McConnell is executive director of marketing, recruitment, and admissions at Imperial College Business School.
He was formerly director of Europe and Central Asia at IE Business School in Madrid, where he also holds his MBA from.
We caught up with Joel in this exclusive interview to find out his top tips on getting accepted into Imperial's MBA.

In this interview, Joel reveals the most common question he gets asked by applicants—'Why should I choose Imperial in London?'—outlining the very clear differences between the science and tech oriented program at Imperial, compared to their other London-based competitors.

Imperial college business school has amazing facilities, amazing staff. I particularly like the business school cafe although it would be nice if they added a few more power sockets in the open space and heating for winter.

Chinese students majored in English- now strategic marketing
My undergraduate major was English back in China and now an MSc student in strategic marketing at Imperial. For Chinese students who share similar experiences with me, you can get as much/deep as you want about marketing with some challenging group works and inspiring lectures.
