Toto Wolff—the Mercedes Formula 1 team principal—will teach an MBA class at Harvard Business School.

As part of the school’s guest lecture series, the Mercedes-AMG  Petronas F1 CEO will teach a business course called Mercedes F1: Leading a High-Performance Team.

"I feel very honored and privileged to continue working with the incredibly bright young minds at Harvard,” he said.

The Austrian motorsport executive is no stranger to Harvard Business School, having worked with Harvard professor Anita Elberse on an article for the Harvard Business School review about Toto’s leadership approach in F1.

Toto, an executive fellow at Harvard Business School, also features as part of a school case study, which centers on team management, competition, and organizational culture.

He attended the Vienna University of Economics and Business before dropping out. He then went on to found two investment companies in Europe.

Harvard Business School regularly invites public figures to speak with MBA students about their success in the business world.

In early 2023, Kim Kardashian was invited to Harvard to speak to MBAs about the marketing secrets behind her SKIMS empire.

Fraudster Anna Delvey has even been invited to the Harvard Business School campus to provide a talk to MBAs.
